Description

NA This is combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The work consists of replacement of 5 each, Rooftop HVAC Units at the Port Isabel Service Processing Center, Los Fresnos, TX in accordance with the Statement of Work. FOB is Destination. Inspection and Acceptance will be at destination. Delivery is due within 50 calendar days after contract award. The contractor shall pr ovide the manufacturer’s standard commercial warranty coverage for all equipment and warrant work for not less than one year after the work is complete. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is an Unrestricted Solicitation. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order as a result of this announcement. The estimated price range of this project is between $25,000.00 thru $100,000.00. Offerors are reminded to include a completed copy of the provisions at 52.212-3 and 252.212.7000- Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions – Commercial Items- Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes of Exe cutive Orders - Commercial Items: Clause 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors – Commercial Items- Clause 52.212-2, Evaluation – Commercial Items will be based on price only. The solicitation number for this announcement is DACW64-03-T-0019.
