Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Reference number F675LG30590100 on quotes submitted. Clauses referenced in accordance with the FAR are FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, and 52.212-5. Quotes are due NLT 12:00 p.m., Monday, 15 SEP 2003. Quotes must be sent to 301st Operational Contracting, 1710 Burke Ave., NAS JRB Fort Worth, TX 76127. FAX quotes will be accepted at 817-782-5371. Items are for delivery to 301 MXG/AGE, NAS JRB, Fort Worth, TX 76127. Delivery will be FOB Destination. Install (1) new Submerge Turbine Pump (STP) on tank #1 and install (1) new Gasboy dispenser (JP-8) at dispenser number 5 & 6. Install (1) new Submerge Turbine Pump (STP) on tank # 2 and install (1) new Gasboy dispenser (JP-8) at dispenser number 3 & 4. Install (1) new Submerge Turbine Pump (STP) on tank #3 and install (1) new Gasboy dispenser (JP-8) at dispenser number 1 & 2. Each installation project shall include: (1) Red Jacket ¾ HP STP; (1) 2 in. Solenoid valve; (1) 2 in full port ball valve; (1) Gasboy 9153AXTW1 High speed dispenser w/hanging hardware; (1) OPW overfill drop tube; electrical conduit and wiring circuit to STP & Solenoid valve; permits, barricades, CAD as-builts and reports; connect new new 20 amp/230 volt single phase circuit. dispensers to existing FuelMaster ICR; Full Systems Acceptance Testing (FSAT); state and local taxes.
