Description

Sources sought notice for systematic inspection and maintenance of (5) elevators located at 697 Hospital Road, Dyess AFB, and TX. The government reserves the right to exercise twenty-four (24) hour call back service during the duration of the contract at no cost to the government. The work to be performed under this contract will include but not be limited to the following items: regular sustematic examination, adjustments and lubrication as required. Repair or replacement of the following: elevator machine, motor, generator and controller parts including mechanical parts. This is a request for information and not a formal solicitation. No site visit will be held as of today but if the need for a site visit arises then it will be posted. This contract type will be Firm-Fixed Price, small business set-aside under NAICS code 811310. We reserve the right to consider a small or small disadvantaged business set aside based on responses to this notice. Please include your relevant past corporate and government experience with similar contract requirements. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is mandatory. No paper copies will be issued and requests for solicitation will not receive a response.
