Description: NA This is a Notice of Intent to award a sole-source contract under FAR 6.302-1 to Baxa for a lease agreement for a TPN compounder, Baxa to provide all hardware and software. This request is being issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) authorized in FAR subpart 13.5 Test Program for certain Commercial Items and will result in single firm fixed-priced contract.
