Description

Notice to Intent to Use Other Than Full and Open Competition: The U.S. Government currently occupies 3,824 rsf of space at 1 Poston Road, Charleston, SC 29401, under soon-to-expire lease. The General Services Administration plans to negotiate a succeeding lease at this location based on eonomic, mission and other factors. The Government will relocate only if consideration of economic and other factors are supportive including all relocation costs. All services, supplies, utilities and required tenant alterations are to be included as part of the rental consideration.
