REQUIREMENT: General Services Administration Is Seeking Expressions Of Interest For A Build-to-Suit Project For The Social Security Administration Facility In Harlingen, TX. The Completed Project Is To Yield Approximately 13,451 Rentable Square Feet / 11,697 BOMA Usable Square Feet Of Office And Related Space. There Are To Be A Total Of 75 Parking Spaces ? 31 For Agency Employees And 44 For The Public. UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: 1) 31 On-Site, Secured Parking Spaces For Agency Employees At The Rear Of The Building 2) Minimum 50 -Foot Setback From Public Roads, Drives, Parking LOCATION/DELINEATED AREA: Property Site Is A 3.819 Acre Tract Of Land Bounded On The: West: Frontage Road of US Expressway 77 East: Side With T Street North: Jefferson Avenue EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1) Offering Entity?s Name, Address, Telephone And Fax Numbers 2) Evidence Of Authority To Represent The Owner. 3) A Copy Of The Site Plan To Be Offered AUTHORIZED CONTACTS: In No Event Shall The Offeror Enter Into Negotiations Concerning The Space To Be Built With Representatives Of Federal Agencies Other Than The Officers And Employees Of General Services Administration.
