Description: Soliciation closing date has been extended to the 18th of Sep 2003. As well as the item description which now reads: Requirement: 19 portable 40 gal laminated (dark blue or black) exterior, bomb resistant trash containers with a removable insert pull out, no lid. Proof ot testing to withstand bottom center, side walls, and midpoint center detonations. Request container withstand up to 12 lbs of explosives, C-4, TNT or equivalent. Video footage of testing in necessary to determine technical specifications. All other terms and conditions listed in the original synopsis/solicitation notice remain unchanged.
