- 1. This is a synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 5.207, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. A written solicitation will be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ), F49642-03-T-0169. CLIN 0001- Leased Surrey Bus!! Please provide pricing for 12-36 months. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-15. This is a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 532120. Only faxed or email quotations will be accepted, and request must include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification ?
