Description

SELF CONTAINED BREATING APPARATUS AND MASKS 1) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. 2) Solicitation F65501-03-T-0076 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). 3) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-14). This solicitation is set-aside for companies designated as Small Business. The NAICS code is 339113, Size standard: 500 employees. 5) ITEM DESCRIPTIONS: L/I 0001- Spiromatic-S2 HP, with Heat Pass (Spiromatic Part # 21100-02; Brand Name Only - No substitution allowed). Quantity: (20) EA. L/I 0002- S- Mask with BR Valve (Spiromatic Part # 55081-01; Brand Name Only - No substitution allowed). Quantity: (20) EA. L/I 0003- Shipping Cost. Description: List shipping as a separate line item. 6) N/A. 7) DELIVERY: FOB DESTINATION to Elmendorf AFB, Alaska 99506, NLT 27 Oct 03.
