- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are bein g requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number DABJ25-03-T-0082 is applicable and is issued as a request for quotations. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisit ion Circular 01-15. This procurement is unrestricted. NAICS Code: 441229. SIC Code: 5012. Clin 0001 reads: Purchase of one (1) each Columbia Class, Dual Axle, Freightliner Tractor Truck, or equivalent, with following specifications. Warranty 1 year minimum; gross vehicle weight not to exceed 46,000 Lb. GCW 80,000 maximum; engine, Detroit Diesel Corp. 60-12.7 liter 400 HP; automatic transmission, Allison Model HD-4560P; Jacobs compression brake; diagnostic connectors; air brake system with air dryer, reinforced air lines; ABS, trailer brake; 150 gallon fuel tanks; fuel/water separator; 178-inch wheel base; standard air hose coupling 12-foot hose length; Standard SAE trailer electrical connectors and 12 foot cable length; heavy duty frame; heavy duty s uspension; heavy duty cooling system; transmission oil cooler; tires 275/80R, 22.5, 14 ply; aluminum wheels; spare tire, mounted; vertical exhaust; 120-inch cab, equipped with heater/defroster and AC; fully insulated cab, sleeper and engine compartment; ai r ride driver??????s seat; 48-inch mid-roof sleeper; cab privacy curtain; adjustable steering column; interior light package; exterior working light package; battery shutoff switch; instruments to include fuel, engine oil pressure and temperature, coolant temperature, speedometer, tachometer, transmission oil temperature, amps/voltage meter; dual-door mounted West Coast mirrors with convex mirrors; all locks keyed the same; all glass tinted; rear deckplate, flush mounted. Truck shall have all DOT required l ighting and markings for this class of truck, safety warning strobe, mounted fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and highway warning kit. Truck shall be capable of traversing secondary roads and field sites. State delivery time after receipt of order to DOL Central Receiving Point, Fort Lewis, WA 98433-9500. Any award resulting from this request for quotations will be made to a responsive, responsible quoter using a SF1449 form. Quotes will be evaluated on low price, technically acceptable. Provision 52 .212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. An addendum to this provision is applicable, in which the term offeror, whenever it appears, shall be replaced with the term quoter. Quoters are required to submit completed copies of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with their quotes. Also, please provide Federal Tax Payer ID Number. FAR clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to th is acquisition and does not include any addenda. Far clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders, Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The following clauses within 52.212-5(b) are applicable to this acquisition: 52.222-19, 52.222.21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.232-33. FAR clause 52.211-6, Brand Name or Equal is applicable.
