Description

NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are b eing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. We have a requirement for 2 each R-22 Freon in 1750lb cylinder and 1 each R-23 Freon in 1200lb cylinder. Prices will include deposit on cylinders. Award will be made to a single offeror. Delivery is required within 60 days of contract award. The solicitati on document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-15 dated 23 Jul 2003. This requirement is solicited under full and open competition.The applicable NAICS code is 325199 with a size standard o f 1000 employees. There is 2 contract line items (0001)for a quantity of 2 and (0002) for a quanity of 1. Your price shall be FOB destination. Inspection and acceptance shall be at destination. We prefer to make payment by VISA credit card. If you do not a ccept VISA, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (http://www.ccr.gov/). Award shall be made to the technically acceptable, low price proposal.
