Description

NA The questions and answers submitted to the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation are provided. QUESTION: Do you have a list of parts or should we just assume an overall worth of $25,000? ANSWER: There is no parts list. The annual cost of repair/replacement parts is estimated at $35,000.00 (CLIN 0001AC should read $35,000.00). Repair and/or replacement is on an as required basis as determined by the on-site engineer. The replacement cos t of the equipment systems is estimated at $450,000.00 for the audio equipment. (This is for maintenance purposes only. It is not expected that any system will be completely replaced, or that all systems will be replaced at once.) QUESTION: When did/will the previous maintenance agreement on this equipment end? ANSWER: The current maintenance agreement will end on 30 September 2003. QUESTION: What was the cost of the previous maintenance agreement for said equipment? ANSWER: The current order (including options) was awarded for a total amount of $245,651.75.
