Description: NA Contractor shall provide services to develop strategic plans and best business practices in support of Army Transformation. Provide experience in the application of sustainability principles and practices within the context of installation and operations. The desired product is proposed methods and processes for strategic planning and the development of environmental strategies in support of future installations, training and Army operations. Contractor to provide all personnel associated with this requ irement. Contractor will work for Army Environmental Policies Institute, Atlanta, Georgia. All work to be performed under the resulting contract shall be completed no later than 30 Jun 2004. Quotes are to be faxed to: Angela Taylor 251-694-4640 or 251-441-5765.
