Description

The Office of Indian Education Programs invites interested responsible parties to submit a proposal to provide custodial services for Chemawa Indian School Dormitories located in Salem, Oregon. It is anticipated that a one-year contract with four one-year options will result from this solicitation. This requirement is 100 percent set-aside for Native American Business. All interested parties should submit a request for a copy of the solicitation. This solicitation, RMK0E030079, will be issued to interested offerors on September 19, 2003 with proposals due on October 20,2003. The North American Industry classification (NAICS) code is 561720 and the business size maximum is $14.0 million. Award will be based on lowest responsive overall acceptable proposal, as submitted by a responsible offeror & ability to provide all the requirements within the solicitation. Pricing will include all charges/fees. Proposals will be submitted in writing and signed by an individual with the authority to bind their respective company, electronic submissions via fax are acceptable. You may mail your proposal to BIA/OIEP/School Operations, Division of Contracting and Grants, 500 Gold Avenue SW, 6th Floor, Albuquerque, NM 87103, or you can fax your proposal to (505) 248-6941.
