Description
NAICS Code 541990 Size $5M: Provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and tools required to effectively, efficiently, and satisfactorily perform low pressure, steam and hot water boiler and unfired pressure vessel inspection services in Government-owned, GSA controlled or leased buildings in various counties/parishes in the Greater Southwest Region (New Mexico, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Texas, and Louisiana). The secondary area is the remaining states. These services will be offered to all other federal governmental agencies Anticipated contract period is February 1, 2004 through January 31, 2005, with four 1-year option periods. This acquisition will be acquired utilizing SOURCE SELECTION procedures with award based on ?Best Value Outcome?. This will be an indefinite deliver indefinite quantity solicitation. Anticipated issue date of the proposal is on or about September 18, 2003, with an anticipated receipt of proposal date of October 21, 2003. The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will be in PDF format and will reside on a World-Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application. GSA is issuing this solicitation only electronically. Interested parties may access the solicitation at http://eps.gov. This site provides instructions for downloading the solicitation file. Prospective offerors shall notify this office (either by electronic mail or facsimile) of their intent to submit an offer. It is the offeror?s responsibility to monitor this site for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any). Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any). Any referenced numbered notes can be viewed at the above website.
