Description

The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, repairs, parts, tools and supplies, including inspection and maintenance of all operational equipment, necessary to provide trash removal. Twenty (20) and/or Thirty (30) cubic yard capacity containers will be required at the following locations: the Everett McKinley Dirksen U.S. Courthouse, 219 South Dearborn Street, Chicago, Illinois and the John C. Kluczynski Federal Building, 230 South Dearborn Street, Chicago, Illinois. The contract period will consist of a one-year base period with 4 one-year options. The estimated service start date is April 1, 2004. This is a negotiated procurement open to all business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 562219 with a small business size standard of $10.5 million. GSA is issuing this solicitation electronically only. It will be available on or about September 29, 2003. Interested parties must access the solicitation via the FedTeds website at www.fedteds.gov. The solicitation will not be available on the Fedbizopps website. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and for monitoring the website for possible amendments and/or additional information. Contractors must register on the FedTeds website to have access to solicitation material. This registration includes providing a Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Marketing Partner Identification Number (MPIN). For additional information, visit the Fedteds website, www.fedteds.gov, or the CCR website, www.ccr.gov. The offer due date and time for receipt of proposals will be October 30, 2003 at 2:00 P.M.
