Description: Training and Training Support Services to prepare state and local emergency personnel to respond to terrorist attacks using weapons of mass destruction by providing advanced, hands-on training. Training will address response to all hazards and will include chemical, ordnance, explosive, biological and radiological incidents perpetrated by terrorists. Incident management training is also provided. The required training includes tasks which must be performed in a toxic chemical (GB/VX) training environment.
