Description: This modification is issued to change the FOB Destination to Honolulu, Hawaii. Deliver to USCG ESU Honolulu, 400 Sand Island Parkway, Honolulu, Hawaii 96819. Coast Guard will transport the building to Guam. Change delivery from 60 days to 90 days after receipt of order. Submit and complete a copy of FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items. The FAR Provisions and Clauses may be accessed at www.arnet.gov/far/. The date of submission remains the same on 24 September 2003.
