- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. USDA requires framing for approximately 3000 posters. Frames should be dark wood with a clear plastic covering. Paper backing is not required. A simple sawtooth hanging device will be provided with each frame. Proposal must include packing, handling, and shipping. Individual framed posters are required to be mailed throughout the USA and Puerto Rico. Evaluation will be made on 1) quality of frame 2) ability to ship within required time frame and 3) overall price. Contractor shall have shipped all framed posters within 30 days of receipt of posters from the USDA. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A written solicitation will not be issued. The provision at FAR 52.212.1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial applies to this acquisition and FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items shall be submitted with the offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items and any additional FAR and Agriculture clauses cited applies to this acquisition. Copies of the aforementioned documents can be obtained from http://www.arnet.gov/far responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
