Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; a Request for Quotation is being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is F26600-03-Q-B066 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-15 and DFARS, Defense Change Notice (DCN) 20030821. The SIC code is 3651, the NAICS code is 443112, the size standard is $7.5 million per year. This Request for Quotation is being submitted as a small business set-aside. This is a commercial purchase. This is an urgent requirement. The Contractor?s quote shall include pricing for the following line items: Item 1) 8 each, NEC 40" 16x9 LCD monitors; Item 2) 4 each, Extron 8x4 audio/video router; Item 3) 4 each, Keywest Video processor; Item 4) 1 ea, Keywest GUI interface; Item 5) 8 each, NEC LCD mounts; Item 6) 4 each, Middle Atlantic 24 space rack; Item 7) 12 each, Middle Atlantic 3RU; Item 8) 8 each, Middle Atlantic 1RU; Item 9) 4 each, Juice Goose Power distribution center; Item 10) 12 each, Middle Atlantic 1RU blank panels; Item 11) 4 each, Middle Atlantic wheel base for rack system; Item 12) 1000 each, Canare RG-59; Item 13) 4 each, Crown 2 channel stereo amplifier; Item 14) 8 each, JBL 3.5" 2 way surface mount speaker.Quote is to include all installation of the above listed equipment. Required delivery for all equipment and installation of equipment to begin 15 September 2003 and be completed by 19 September 2003. Installation will take place at a secure location and contractor will be escorted to the site. If an equal substitute is provided, offerors must provide full product information and descriptive literature. Quotes should be in the following format: price for each line item independently. Multiply award may be made for these items. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) provision 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal applies to the solicitation.
