Description

Solicitation F19617-03-B-0005 previously announced as project YTPM 00-3005, ATSEP Lighting Deficiencies, Taxiways consists of the installation of new taxiway elevated and in-pavement edge lights, airfield signs, cable, conduit, ducts and associated electrical work in the airfield lighting vault and airfield lighting control system. Install new edge lighting on Taxiways F & R and Pad 19. Install new lighted guidance signs on Runway 15/33, Taxiways R, Y & F and Pad 19. This project is being solicited in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The small business size standard applicable to this project is $12,000,000.00. The NAICS (North American Industrial Classification System) Code for this project is 235310. The estimated cost of construction for this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. The performance period shall be ninety (90) calendar from the date of the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The IFB will be issued on or about 30 September 2003 with an anticipated bid opening date on or about 5 November 2003. Telephone requests to be placed on the solicitation distribution list will not be honored. All requests must be in writing either by letter, FAX or e-mail. The solicitation will be posted on the web at www.fedbizopps.gov. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be distributed. If you do not have the capability to download the documents, a CD-ROM disc will be forwarded upon request. Submit written request to Donald P. Hebert at the addresses shown on this notice.
