Description

NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are b eing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is DABJ05-03-T-0834. The requirement is for a period of performance of a Base Year (12 months) Plus two Option Years, for a total of 36 months, deliver ies as required beginning October 1, 2003. CLIN 0001 Chemical, Carbon Dioxide (CO2), technical type II, estimated quantity required for Base Plus Two Option Years is 4,400,00 lbs per year. That would be estimated 366,666.6666 lbs per month. Delivery and Acceptance shall be FOB Destination. Delivery shall be at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21010. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. A completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Repre sentations and Certifications commercial Items, must be provided with offers. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
