Description

NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are b eing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for the purchase and installation of audio visual equipment for building 50, Fort McCoy, WI: This award will be made on all or none basis. Installation will be COMPLETED BY 15 OCTOBER 2003. This combined synopsis/solicitation is prepared in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR 13 and the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the O NLY solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotations (RFQ) under DABJ27-03-T-0037. This request for quotations and incorporated provisions and clauses are thos e in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-15. This action is set aside for small business; the NAICS code and applicable size standard is 512191 and 500 employees. A fixed price contract is anticipated for eleven line items. (SEE ATTACHED SPRE ADSHEET) If attachment is not available contact MAJ Richard Edler by E-Mail at: richard.edler@emh2.mccoy.army.mil Any requests for the attachment containing the line items shall be accompanied by an email address to which the attachment will be forwarded . Offeror is to submit technical information displaying features of proposed product, if offering an equal product. Delivery and installation will be made to building 50, South O Street, Fort McCoy, WI 54656. Prices submitted are to be FOB Destination. In accordance with FAR 39.106, the contractor shall ensure the offered product and all information technology (IT) contained therein shall be Year 2000 Compliant. PARTIES INTERESTED IN RESPONDING TO RFQ may submit their quote in accordance with standard commercial practice (i.e. quote form, lette rhead, etc.) and MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: Solicitation number; offeror??????s complete mailing and remittance addresses; discount terms; unit prices, extended total price; confirmation of delivery and installation complete NLT 15 OCT 03, tec hnical information displaying features of proposed product, DUNS number, and COMPLETED FAR 52.212-3 Alt I. Quotes and applicable literature must be received at ACA, DIRECTORATE OF CONTRACTING, 2103 S 8th AVE, FORT MCCOY, WI, 54656-5153 NO LATER THAN 1630 HRS (CST) 18 September 2003.
