- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are b eing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items: Maintenance Stands for KC-135R aircraft constructed of aluminum extrusions, bolted together and fitted with 8 in diameter casters. Each caster has a brake, swivels, and can be adjusted up or down. The stands should be easily repositioned or moved through out the hangar. Platforms and stair surfaces should have non-skid panels. Stands should fully comply with the requirements of OSHA, AFOSH, and AWS standards for structural soundness. All Heights include 42inches railing. CLIN 1 - 1 Set KC-135 Wing Stands, P/N's 591E001-1, 591E001-2, 273inches L x 67inches W x 110 inches H CLIN 2 - 1 Set KC-135 Dry Bay Stand Assembly, P/N 630E001-R, 238 inches L x 48 inches W x 100 inches H CLIN 3 - 1 Set KC-135 Nose Stand Assembly, P/N 637E001, 340 inches L x 240 inches W x 168 inches H CLIN 4 - 1 Ea. KC-135 Cargo Door Stand, P/N 654E001, 217 inches L x 142 inches W x 162 inches H Items are required within 90 ARO, and FOB destination is required. This equipment will be shipped to March Air Reserve Base in Moreno Valley, California. This procurement is being issued as unrestricted full and open competition. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13.
