Email: patrick.ragucci@redstone.army.mil No telephone request will be accepted. NSN: 1620-01-101-9707, PRON AX361234, APN: 70250-13110-042, applicable to the (BE) UH-60. Required delivery with first article is 401 each 225 Days After Contract Award (DACA). F irst Article Test Report due 138 days. Required delivery without first article, 401 each 150 Days After Contract Award. Required delivery when alternate II Clause is recommended 401 each 188 Days After Contract Award. Deliveries are F.O.B. origin to New C umberland, PA. The proposed contract listed herein is 100% set aside for small business. Offerors are not solicited from other than small business concerns. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no te chnical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS DATA WHICH IS CONSIDERED CRITICAL TECHNOLOGY AND HAS BEEN RESTRICTED FOR RELEASE OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT.Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. By U.S. law, participation in Small Business Set-Asides are restricted to U.S. Small Businesses, therefore, foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by this agency.
