Description

NA This requirement is for PRON: AX3F0370AX, Window Assy, Gunners Fwd, NSN: 1560-01-223-3182, PN: 70216-02401-052, Quantity: 81; this is a five year IDIQ with minimum quantity of 81 each and a maximum quantity of 381 each applicable to the UH-60 Airframe. Destination with delivery to Corpus Christi, TX. When First Article is applicable, required delivery is 41 each, 315 days after Contract Award, and 40 each per month thereafter until contract completion. When First Article is not applicable or First Arti cle is waived, required delivery is 41 each, 210 Days after Contract Award, and 40 each per month thereafter until contract completion. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Government has unlimited rights to the technical data, and the data packa ge is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S . Small Businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
