Description: The U. S. Secret Service (USSS) intends to procure proprietary instruments, software, and licenses through Rockwell Collins, Inc., 10552 Philadelphia Rd, White Marsh, MD 21162 in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. No formal solicitation package or specifications are available for this proprietary instrumentation. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in responding to this notice. Award is anticipated within two (2) days. See Note 22. Note 22 is modified to read 2 days in lieu of 45 days.
