- THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) intends to negotiate on a SOLE SOURCE basis with the American Medical Association (AMA), 515 N. State Street, Chicago, IL 60610. The purpose of this procurement is to provide disaster management training for public health emergencies such as nuclear, radiological, biological, chemical, explosive and natural disasters. The anticipated period of performance is for one (1) month. AMA is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services as set forth in FAR 6.302-1 (a)(2). A Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition is on file. This announcement is for information only. A solicitation is not available. See Note 22.
