Description

NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is DADA16-03-T-0223 and is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The NAICS code for this procurement is 334510, and the SIC code is 3842. This procurement is unrestricted and the business size standard is 500 employees. The Pacific Regional Contracting Office at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii intends to award a contract for maintenance services for Amsco/Steris Washer Decontaminators(3 ea) for a base period plus 4 one-yea r options.
