Description

The U.S. General Services Administration is seeking to lease office and special purpose space consisting of approximately 60,000 square feet of rentable space. Rentable space must yield 51,893 ? 54,487 BOMA usable square feet, available for use by the Tenant for personnel, furnishings and equipment. Floors to be offered shall be contiguous. The lease term will be ten years with the Government having cancellation rights after the fifth year. Expressions of interest should include the building name, address, amount of square footage available and the rentable rate per square foot. Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.
