Description

Defense Contract Management Agency intends to award on other than full competitive basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 ?Only Responsible Source?, with Tierney Brothers Inc. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. This notice is a combined synopsis & solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. No other solicitation will be issued for this requirement. The contract document will incorporate the current FAR provisions and clauses. This requirement is for the installation of additional audio/video equipment to match existing hardware located at 2 DCMAW Twin Cites sites. A firm fixed-priced purchase order is contemplated. The clauses FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Executive Order-Commercial Items and DFAS Clause 2252.212-7001, Contract Term and Conditions Required to Implement Statues of Executive Order Applicable, applies to this acquisition. Questions should be forwarded in writing within five days of this notice to the Contracting Officer via fax at 310-900-6172. Questions shall come with a corresponding return fax number.
