Description

NA The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Connecticut intends to award a sole source contract with Habco Inc, 40 Sequin Drive, Glastonbury, CT 06033 for a Fuel Integrity Tester p/n SK2000FIT and Regulated Nitrogen Supply p/n: SK2000NT. In the abs ence of qualified sources with a brand name or equal, a contract will be awarded to Habco Inc, under the Other than Full and Open Competition procedures, pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 and FAR 6.302-1: Only one responsible source. All qualified sources must r espond in writing not later than 2 PM EST, 19 September 2003. Oral communication is not acceptable in response to this solicitation.
