- NA PROJECT TITLE: Elevator Maintenance Services LOCATION: Department of Defense, Seaside, CA. JOB DESCRIPTION: Contractor to provide periodic maintenance, annual inspection and testing, emergency service calls during normal working hours, after hours and weekends and accomplish minor changes, alterations and/or repairs. This contract will include Base Year plus four (4) additional option years. The option periods are exercised at the discretion of the government. This procurement will be conducted under FSC Code J119, SIC Code 7699, NAICS Code 811310. The size standards for these codes are 6 mi llion dollars. This Invitation for Bids, is being procured as UNRESTRICTED ACQUISITION OF COMMERCIAL ITEMS, and all qualified (small) businesses may respon d. ORDERING SOLICITATION: The solicitation for this project will be available on the Sacramento District Contracting Division Internet Home page at http://ebs.spk/usace.army.mil for downloading. The solicitation will be available on or about 12 Septembe r 2003 for download. The submission date is 24 September 2003. Any further amendments to the solicitation will also be available for download from this website. Requests for copies of this solicitation in any other format than what is advertised will be disregarded. It is important that you first go to this website under the Contract Division Homepage, click on the advertised solicitation you are interested in. Go to plan holders registration. This will require you to establish a user name and passwor d. Keep the user name and password and share it with anyone else in your organization that is responsible for plan holders list. With our new system you only have to do the full registration one time. If you have your username and password, you can alwa ys go back into the system and register for other jobs without having to go through the entire registration process.
