Description: NA The Government intends to make a sole source award for the following service to Fuji Medical Systems, Inc., 2001 Westside Parkway, Suite 165, Alpharetta, GA 30004. ALL OFFERS RECEIVED IN RESPONSE TO THE SOLICITATION WILL BE CONSIDERED. Contractor shall p rovide maintenance services for Fuji Computed Radiology Reader System and components located in Radiology Department of Clark Health Clinic, Fort Bragg, North Carolina, for a base period of 1-year and four 1-year option periods. The North American Industry Classification System (NASICS) is 811219, threshold of $6.0 million. The FSC is J065. A fixed price type contract is anticipated. It is now a requirement that all contractors doing business with the Department of Defense be registered with CCR (the websit e may be accessed on the internet at: www.ccr.gov to register). Upon release to the public, the solicitation as well as amendments will be available via the internet at the ASFI and FedBizOpps website: http://acquisition.army.mil. Contractors will not be d irectly notified of solicitation amendments.
