Description

Operational Contracting, Luke AFB, AZ intends to award a sole source to Niles Radio Communications, 1602 N. East St., Flagstaff Arizona, 86004 to upgrade antennas and communications related equipment supporting UMTE, LMR, and GATR Radio and Microwave Communications systems. This is a follow-on effort to work under contract F02604-02-C-0037. Statutory authority for this sole source purchase is Title 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(iii). This is not a request for competitive proposals or quotations. This notice is for informational purposes only, no formal solicitation will be issued as a result of this announcement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is within the discretion of the Government.
