Description

NA (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals a re being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This Solicitation will be issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) under the following Solicitation Number: DABQ03-03-T-0090. (iii) This Solicitation and the provisions and clauses incor porated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-15. (iv) This acquisition is a small business set-aside, Size standards, 750 Employees. The applicable NAICS is 333824. (v) This RFQ contains the Statement of work: The Contractor shall perform or provide the following item: 1. FORKLIFT, 2 EA., 4K Clean Burn Diesel, 4,000lb capacity, 24 in. load center; 131.5 in. Maximum lift FSV style mast with 36 in. free lift; 84.5 in. overall height; 60 in. fork length; full steel cab with he ater; cold weather package; diesel engine with clean burn catalytic system; pneumatic tires for indoor/outdoor use; front combo lights; left and right rear view mirrors; yellow strobe light; back-up alarm; mounted fire extinguisher; cascade side shift. 2. SHIPPING FOR ITEM 1, Shipping for item #1, 2 EA. Forklifts. The Lift Trucks shall be delivered to the Directorate of Logistics, Putnam, Chris GS13, ATTN: APVR-WDOL, Bldg 3030, Ft. Wainwright, AK 99703, PH 353-7641. (vi) The Lift Trucks will be FOB to th e above Destination. The delivery date is 30 Oct 03. (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Commercial, applies to this acquisition, along with the following addenda. (ix) Offers will be evaluated using the following evaluation facto rs,technically acceptable, price and delivery time. The contract will be awarded to the offeror that provides the best value to the government. (x) All offers must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certific ations, Commercial Items (Alt I) (xi) The clause at 52.212-4, Contract terms and Conditions, Commercial Items applies to this acquisition along with the following addenda: 52.219-1, Small Business Program Representations (Apr 2002).
