NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are b eing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. DABJ13-03-T-0073. This solicitation is being issu ed as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation documents incorporate provisions, and clauses that are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-15 and DFARS Change Notice 20030821. The proposed contract is a small business set aside. The Small Business Size Standard is $6,000,000.00, and the North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 811310. List of contract line item number and item, quantities and units of measure. Item # 0001- QTY 2 40XT Steers ???????? yd bucket 10x 16.5 in tires, uniloader Case 1840 Diesel with Optional Equipment, Rops, Canopy, Gauges, Audible Warning System, Back-up Alarm with either Cold Start Aid, Case Quick Coupier. 0002: QTY 1 Trencher 30 in. deep 18 in. max depth 4-6???????????? wide. 0003- 1 R oto Tiller Attachment 52 in. wide. All offers shall be FOB Destination. All items to be delivered to Bldg 217 Fort Carson, CO 80913. Estimated Delivery Date is 25 September 2003. If you cannot meet delivery date please specify that which you can meet. The attachments specified above are Hydro Disconnects and must fit skid steers. All auxiliary couplings must match. Items must be brand name or equal. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the Provision at FAR clause 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications????????????Commercial Items with their quotation.
