PR ON: AX3J0154AX, NSN: 1615-00-918-2676, PN: 204-040-003-37. Quantity: 23, applicable to the UH-1 Airframe/Power Unit with deliveries to Upper Marlboro MD. 20772-2690, Norfolk, VA 23502-1917, and Lawrence NY. 11559-1022. Production Lead-time with First Art icle Testing is 23 each, 360 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 23 each, 240 DACA. Production Lead-time with Alternate II Clause is 23 each, 300 DACA. This item is restricted to Bell Helicopter Textron Inc., Cage Code 97499, 600 E. Hurst Blvd., Hurst, TX. 76053-8030, because this part requires engineering source approval by design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, soli citation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
