- Description
- The U.S. Department of the Interior, U.S. Fish & Wildlilfe Service, Region 1, Contracting & General Services, intends to award a contract to Oregon State University, Botyany and Plant Pathology, Corvallis, Oregon, for research into habitat resoration for the Fender Blue Butterfly on the Baskett Slough National Wildlilfe Refuge. Includes natural competition weed control. This is a continuation of previously performed research for which the vendor has specialized knowledge and experience. This proposed contract action is for commercial supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. See number note 22.
