- Description
- ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS FOR NATIVE AMERICAN ENTREPRENEURS. Two FINAL questions and answers are set forth below. Q26. Can the dollars from a project be used for matching fundings for other grants or programs? If so, should that be provided for in the proposal? A26. Although this procurement is not a grant, we know of no restrictions on what you propose. Funding arrangements are one of the requirements of the RFP and should therefore be described. Q27. A tribe has been awarded funds from another Federal agency for a project. If an offer were submitted under this solicitation and it was accepted, could SBA conceivably offer the tribe some or all of the cash match necessary to complete the project? A27. This type of arrangement would be considered (also see A26 above). The amount needed for the match would be the amount proposed for your project in this solicitation. THE PROPOSAL DUE DATE REMAINS UNCHANGED AT SEPTEMBER 16, 2003 AT 4:00PM.
