- Description
- The VA North Texas Health Care System intends to Award a contract for a Research Assistant who will provide support to the Genetic counseling Project. Clinical duties will include data collection, data entry and assisting during clinical consultations. Support duties will include assisting the Project Manager and Integrated Project Team (IPT) initiating and maintaining the projects, the Counselors in checking their final Risk Assessment conclusions, the IPT in the development of the economic outcomes, sustainment planning and presentations. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemental with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitations and is being issued as an anticipated sole source; Request for Quote (RFQ) 549-03-4-1010-1532 is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The applicable authority for this intent is Far 6.302. All quotes must meet the listed requirements in this announcement. Solicitation documents and incorporated provision s and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition circular 2001-15. This procurement is unrestricted. NAICS code 339113. The size standard is 500 employees. This will be a firm fixed rice contract. FOB is destination. Payment will be made on receipt and acceptance of the equipment.
