Description

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform services, unless specified as provided by the Government. Request the repair of one (1) Southwest Mobile Systems SMS 25K Loader, Reg# 94E00123, VIN# 94E 123/25K 206, Model A/S32HS, Engine Mod/Size 8.2L As Stated In The Solicitation The Following Repairs Are Needed: 1.) Engine mounts/isolators. 2.) Scheduled Maintenance. 3) Paint; Paint Complete To Match; 4) Upholstery; Replace Seat Padding. 5.) Heater Assembly 6.) Replace Radiator/Oil Cooler and Lines. 7.) Replace Alternator, Duvac, Belts, and 12V Solenoids. 8.) Replace Left/Rear Floodlight. 9.) Valve Cover Gaskets; Rear Main Seal, Oil Pan and Gasket.10.) Replace Tie Rod Ends. 11.) Replace U-Joints 12.) Replace Hub/Bearings /Seals/ Kingpins. 13.) Replace Battery and Cables. 14.) Replace Tailpipe 15.) Replace Tachometer. 16.) Replace Horn. 17.) Replace Nine (9) Rollers And One (1) Pallet Lock. 18.) Replace Gauges and Left Switch. Solicitation number is F28609-03-T-0094. This solicitation is a Request for Quote and is issued as a 100% small business set-aside under Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code 7699, NAICS code is 811310 and the related Small Business Size Standard is $6 Mil. Work shall be completed within 45 days ARO. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number and register in the Central Contractor Register (CCR) in order to transact business with the government. Failure to obtain a DUNS number and register in the CCR may result in the delay of award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror who is registered in the CCR at the time of award. Solicitation will be issued on or about 17 SEP 03. Due date will be stated in the solicitation. The entire solicitation will be made available only on the Electronic Posting System (EPS) Website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The solicitation can be accessed by following the links on the EPS website to: USAF Offices, Air Mobility Command, 305 CONS. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to this solicitation. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal on this solicitation must have a Commercial and Government Entity code (CAGE code).
