- This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items: 5 each- TV-Closet Shrank, 5 each- three seat black leather couches, 3 each- two seat black leather couches, 3 each- four shelf shrank (Dark Wood), 19 each- short-back, black leather executive chairs, 1 each- rolling 2 shelf shrank (Dark Wood), 4 each- long coffee tables, 16 each- High-back, black leather executive chairs, 5 each- small coffee tables (Dark wood), 27 each-Visitor chairs, black leather, 1 each- medium meeting table Dark wood), 2 each- 4 shelf shrank (Dark wood), 2 each- large meeting tables (Dark wood), 13 each-cantilever chairs, black leather, 1 each- small coffee table (Dark wood), 1 each- rectangular table (Dark wood) and 2 each- medium meeting tables (Dark wood). A site-visit will be conducted on 18 September 2003 at 1330 hours at Spangdahlem AB, Germany. Site-visit is required prior to submittal of quotes. Please meet at the PASS Buro no later than 1300hrs/18 September 2003. Vendors should bring catalogs of products and be prepared to take measurements of room dimensions as necessary. All quotes must be in English and will not include the country of origin?s value added tax. This is an End of Year fall-out project and funds are currently not available. This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ F23SJA32300200. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. FOB: Destination for delivery to 52 FW/Judge Advocate, GEB. 129 US-Wohnsiedlung, D-54529 Spangdahlem, Germany.
