Description

The 917 Wing at Barksdale Air Force Base has a requirement for three (3) Joint Modular Ground Targets to be manufactured, assembled, painted, coordinate delivery to Claiborne Range, 917 Wing Operations Support Flight, Operating Location A, Forest Service Road 240, Woodworth, Louisiana, 71485 and unloaded. The contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor, tools, parts, materials, facilities and transportation to Claiborne Range, Woodworth, Louisiana. The contractor shall also manufacture, assemble, paint, deliver and provide grounding/tie-down straps for the following type targets: 1 Each - Battle Tanks (T- 72), Version 2 ? Dark Green color; 2 Each - Battle Tanks (T- 72), Version 2 ? Desert Beige (sand) color. Contractors shall have AutoCAD software to view the manufactured drawings and specifications data on a compact disk (CD) titled ?Joint Modular Ground Target (JMGT), Technical Data Packages?. See Solicitation for Statement of Work. This solicitation is a 100% Set-Aside For Very Small Business (VSB) concerns, headquartered in the New Orleans LA Small-Business Administration District. (Definition: VSB Concern In Accordance With FAR Clause 52.219-5(a), means a concern whose headquarters is located within the geographical area served by a designated SBA district (see 13) CFR 125.7(b)); which, together with its affiliates, has no more than 15 employees and has average annual receipts that do not exceed $1 million.) NOTE: THIS ACQUISITION WILL NOT BE REPOSTED TO EPS IF SET-ASIDE IS DISSOLVED FOR (1) 100% SMALL BUSINESS CONSIDERATION OR (2) FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. The applicable NAICS Code is 336999 with a size standard of 500 employees. Responses from all prospective offers are encouraged as this requirement will not be reposted to the Electronic Posting System.
