- Description
- This is a Synopsis for the following items: Horticultural Service at Maxwell AFB, AL. Solicitation F01600-03-T-0053 will be issued as a request for quote. This synopsis incorporates clauses and provisions in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular. The solicitation will be Sole Source Set-Aside to Jane McCarthy. The contract will be awarded as a fixed price and the delivery will be FOB destination. FAR 52.212-1 Instruction to Offerors?Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. This acquisition will be awarded lowest price technically acceptable. Offerors must complete a copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications?Commercial Items and submit with quote. FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions?Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders?Commercial Items also applies to this acquisition. The award is subject to funds availability for Fiscal year 2004. Offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registry(CCR.gov) and provide a copy of the registration to be eligible for award. The solicitation will be issued 18 Sep 03. Offers are due to contracting no later than 24 Sep 03 at 1630 or 4:30 pm and can be mailed to 42D CONS/LGCA 50 Lemay Plaza South Maxwell AFB, AL 36112-6334, attn: Thomas Manning.
