Description

NA This amendment incorporates, for information purposes, websites of acceptable vendors for the non-tear foil (see Drawing, Project # 03-02-504, Sheet 3, 3. Vault Ceiling Modification). Use of these vendors' products or equal may be used. The applicable we bsites are as follows: http://www.futroninc.com, http://locks.nfesc.navy.mil or http://www.tvmi.com. Specifications and drawings are available upon request. In addition, this amendment is notification that a walk through Building 137C will be conducted on Thursday, September 17, 2003 at 9:00 A.M. by COR, Robert Downes, who can be reached at (718) 630-4991. In addition, this amendment incorporates Liquidated Damages Clause FAR 52.211-12. Section 00700 - Contract Clauses -- The following have been added by full text: 52.211-12 Liquidated Damages - Construction (Sep 200) (a) If the Contractor fails to complete the work within the time specified in the contract, the Contractor shall pay liquidated damages to the Government in the amount of $140.00 for each calendar day of delay until the work is completed or accepted. (b) If the Government terminates the Contractor's right to proceed, liquidated damages will continue to accrue until the work is completed. These liquidated damages are in addition to excess costs of repurchase under the Termination clause. (End of clause) (End of Summary of Changes)
