Description

NA Functional Analyst Services for Support of Chaplain Recruiting for the U.S. Army Recruiting Command during the period 27 Sep 2003 through 26 March 2004. The contractor shall establish relations with national denominational agencies and chaplain interest g roups to generate qualified prospects for the chaplain recruiting mission. The contractor will organize and participate in recruiting events and attend denominational conventions and conferences. This solicitation is restricted to contractors with GSA co ntracts under Federal Supply Schedule 874 (MOBIS). NAICS code 541820 with a size standard of $6M applies to this acquisition. The solicitation will be issued on or about 18 September 2003 with quotations due on or about 25 September 2003. No paper copie s of the solicitation will be issued. The solicitation and all amendments to the solicitation will be emailed. No solicitation mailing list will be compiled.
