Carlton, Contracting Officer, Fax 256-955-7737 or 955-8601. PRON: AX3Q0288AX, NS N: 1615-01-185-3088, PN: 406-040-340-101. Qty: 1323 each with Two 100% Options, applicable to the OH-57 D Airframe, with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. This item is restricted to Bell Helicopter Textron Inc., 600 E. Hurst Blvd., Hurst, TX 765053-8030, Cage code 97499 and Rexnord Industries, Inc., 304 Main Ave, Warren, PA 16365-2157, Cage Code 59747, because this part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the curr ent version of DOD-STD-100. Production Lead-time with First Article Testing is 1323 each, 135 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 1323 each, 90 DACA. Production Lead-time with Article II Clause is 13 23 each, 113 DACA. Firms that can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitation by accessing the website ww.redstone.army.mil/c mo/ and looking under SAR information. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, s olicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All of ferors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. NOTES: 23 and 26.
