- Description
- The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Information Systems Services Division, Hardware/Software Branch (DITCO/AQSS31), 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB IL 62225-5406, intends to issue a sole source contract to INNOVATION DATA PROCESSING, 275 PATTERSON AVE.,LITTLE FALLS, NJ 07424-1658. This acquisition is for the renewal of software maintenance and renewal for FDR, FATAR and COMPAKTOR(CPK) software. These software licenses and enhancements are proprietary and are protected by copyright laws. No third party maintenance is authorized. Period of performance is 1 Oct 03 through 30 Sep 04. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Companies who can provide the above listed software license and enhancement renewal must request a copy of the RFQ not later than COB 23 SEP 03 via the following address: eleyl@scott.disa.mil. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered. The NAICS code is 541511 for this procurement.*****
