Description

(I) This is a combined synopsis-solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II) Solicitation F1305232550400 is being issued as a request for proposal. (III) This solicitation incorporates clauses and provisions in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 01-07. (IV) This requirement is being synopsized as a small business set-aside under standard industrial classification code 5941, NAICS Code 451110, small business size standard of $6,000,000.00. (V) COMMERCIAL ITEM DESCRIPTION: Contractor shall purchase all required material and provide a complete, usable end product. The listed items will then need to be included in each kit. For the items below there is a quantity of 1 each requested per kit. With a total of 24 kits being requested. If any sizes are needed, they will be determined after award. Incomplete bids will not be accepted. No alterations, additions, or deletions shall be made unless by prior written approval of the Contracting Officer. (XV) A site visit is will not be held. Proposals will be due to the 355th Contracting Squadron, 3180 S. Craycroft Rd. Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ 85707, by 20 September 2003, 12 p.m. local time.
